Do you accept men’s or children’s clothing?

Yes, we accept Men’s clothing.

We do not accept children’s clothing, but we do have a small collection of children and infant clothes from Groovy collection.

Do you accept jewelry or sunglasses?

We do not accept any jewelry pieces, even new with tags. We have wonderful jewelry from our local makers!

We do accept sunglasses.

Do you ship?

Yes, we currently ship in the continental United States for $10! To purchase an item that you’d like shipped, please call during shop hours. You may also purchase items through our Instagram direct messages. We will get your payment information and charge shipping at that time. We do our best to get shipments out ASAP.

Where do expired items get donated?

We donate expired items to local nonprofit organizations, depending on which partners are currently accepting donations.

How can I stay up-to-date on events and special offers?

The best ways to keep up with the latest Gather Resale happenings are following us on social media (Instagram and Facebook). You can also check our events page on this website.

Am I able to put an item on hold?

Sure thing! We can hold until close the following business day. The best way to place a hold is to send us a direct message via Instagram @gatherresale.

Can I switch back and forth between a monthly check and store credit for my consignment payouts?

We can update how you receive your consignor payouts, however it will be effective for items consigned after the date you make the change. You may change the way you receive payments once a year.

What should I do if I want my items back at the end of their consignment period?

If you would like to pick up your unsold clothing, please email us after the end of the 60 day consignment period, while your items are ‘ingrace’/on sale. Due to space limitations, we can hold your clothing for up to one week. Items that are not reached out about by the end of the ingrace period, become store property and are donated.

How can I see which of my items have sold and when my items expire?

Our consignors receive an email with the subject "Gather Resale LLC: ConsignorAccess Invitation" which comes from ConsignorAccess. After setting up your account, you can monitor your items and their expiration dates. If you missed this email, just let us know and we can resend it. We are also happy to provide into about your items if you call, email or stop in!

Can I return an item?

Non-sale items may be returned within seven days for store credit only. Tags must be attached and the receipt is required. Sale items cannot be returned.

Do you have a rewards program?

Yes! We just started a rewards program. For every $1 you spend, you get 1 point. Once you have 250 points, you get $10 off your purchase. Your reward points are linked to your first and last name in our system.
